Cut-off Times

The Cut-off Times are the times limits when the cargo must be received by LAN CARGO or its affiliates to be considered for transportation in the flight booked. 

The Cut-off Times are expressed in hours before the Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) and are based on local time.

The time of receipt means the physical receipt of the cargo and all documentation necessary for transportation. Clients are asked to deliver their cargo as soon as possible.

For other products / services, or stations where LAN Cargo or any of its affiliates' operate, which are not detailed in the tables above, please contact your local sales Office.

Note: If the cargo is delivered outside the Cut-off Times, LAN CARGO and its affiliates reserve the right to board the cargo on the flight booked without liability to the customer.
